Examine the case of Marta (Week 5 Case Study) address the following items:
- Complete a differential diagnosis:
- Highlight the symptoms you think are relevant to assigning a clinical diagnosis and their duration (when possible).
- List all potential diagnoses based on the symptoms you identified in step one.
- Identify your primary diagnosis. You can have a secondary and/or rule-out diagnosis. A rule-out diagnosis is when you suspect another diagnosis but do not have enough information to make that diagnosis.
- Discuss if you think medications should be part of an effective plan for Marta. What class of medications? How would you address medication management with Marta? What potential side effects can Marta expect?
- Describe at least two interventions you can use to treat Marta based on your diagnosis.
- Describe any ethical considerations you may encounter in your work with Marta.
