the unmet or underserved need. - Provide historical context about your
population and their unmet or underserved need in postsecondary
education. How has your topic been studied? - Demonstrate the population’s unmet or
underserved need using existing data from scholarly journals, reports, or
institutional data collections. - Theoretical Framework, Conceptual
Framework, or Education Model (1-2 pages) - Update
your draft. - Pick a
theory, conceptual framework, or educational model we have covered in
class to analyze your findings. - Identify
and define a theory. - Apply
it to your paper and analysis - Analysis (8-10 pages)
- Incorporate
your updated draft. - Method
or methodology of assessment. How are you framing and guiding your assessment? - Limitations:
1-paragraph - Identify
and describe prior and/or current efforts to meet this unmet or
underserved need - Utilize
your theory for analysis - What is
your assessment or analysis? What’s going well? What are areas of growth
and improvement? - Conclusion (1/2 page to 1 page)
- Offer
recommendations for moving forward to best meet your chosen population’s
unmet or underserved needs. - Offer
recommendations for future studies or research on this topic.
