For students who identify as White, identify some salient characteristics about what it means to you to be White, and post them in your discussion. Hint: Think about what I said on the page of this module. Next, identify some characteristics of being White that you think may be most salient to people of color. In other words, how do you think people of color think about what it means to be a White American?

2. What characteristics are salient to people of color but not to White Americans?

3. What might be some reasons for these differences?
