What insights are derived from the Defense Support of Civil Authorities regarding the NCO C3 of Operations

This is a military paper that I had to rewrite in class. I got the paper from this service that I had never used until I came to this class. I am given 1 more opportunity to get it it right. If you dont want to do it correctly. pleae dont bid.I do take some respsonibilty because I dint look at it before I turned it in I trusted they would go by the rubric. This paper is only going to be a total of 4 pages to inculde: the title page and the refernce pages. I am sending the orginal paper that was done. You can work from that if possible. It was well organized but way to long. I need atleast 2 refrences. I need the case study as a reference and 7-22-7 which I will list. Also 1 other that I think is good because it is about Operations. This paper Topic is NCO C3 which needs to be after the Intro. The case study is to help give atlleast 2 examples and the positve or negative insights to show the Componet and 2 competancies and this story links together and how they relate to the US army. Please use transition words. Im sending the rubric, a templet for the FAWA,my last paper that I tried to shorten which has instructors notes as well and the case study. Please if you are not up to do it correctly please dont bid!
