Question
Because of biological and psychological differences among the different stages of adulthood, there is a need for a variety of instructional approaches and strategies to support successful learning. Understanding these differences and how they present themselves in the adult learning environment will help you to determine appropriate types of learning activities for the learners you work with. In this assignment, you examine biological and psychological development of adults and how this development affects learning.
Research the biological and psychological development of adults at different stages of adulthood, and connect that to your knowledge of what motivates, or demotivates, adult learners to continue learning or to seek out new learning.
