Working Bibliography for Research Topic – How Black Music Contributed to the Civil Rights Movement

Directions:  CITE at least three primary sources and one secondary source. This will be a working bibliography for your final project. I have attached an example to this assignment. See above.
NO WIKIPEDIA! It can be a starting point for research, but please don’t cite an article from here.
Be sure to cite your sources in the Chicago/Turabian Style. However, if you know another style (such as APA or MLA), you can use that citation style. Just  be sure to tell me you are using another style.
Please read the assigned citations guidelines this week if you need help.
Try not to worry if you think they are incorrect, I will be sending you feedback on how to fix your citations. This class isn’t about getting your citations exactly right, just about gaining experience working with them.
Focus more on what sources you will be using for your final project. 🙂
