Please provide completely full 4 pages. Use King’s letter I attached it, please find 2 scholarly articles from JTSOR database and other 2 books, periodicals or magazines. One paragraph before the conclusion make rebuttal – the refutation of the opposing view of your argument. Rebuttal cn be the dad’s or other relative’s view that is little bit convincing.

Essay Topics (choose one):
Write a letter (in essay form) protesting an injustice that you feel may not be entirely understood by people, or in particular, someone you respect.

Think of an actual person you know. For example, your dad, who you truly respect, supports the closing of all Planned Parenthoods, but you disagree with him.

Clarify the nature of the injustice, the reasons that this person holds an unjust view, and the reasons your views should be accepted.

Your opposing view would the person/group that your “respected person” follows and believes, and you would refute that with a rebuttal.

Consult King’s letter and use his techniques as far as he uses pathos, ethos, and logos to convey his message across to his audience.

Approach: For both prompts, the Classical structure for an argument should be used, keeping in mind an opposing viewpoint and a rebuttal to it.

since you are writing a letter to a person you know, you must use 2nd person to address your particular audience. Some personal experience may be used but ONLY if it strongly helps your argument; otherwise, refrain from it.

Use King’s “Letter from Birmingham Jail” but it is not counted as 4th source you will still need a total of 4 sources.

Use at least one scholarly journal article (peer-reviewed) from the library databases two must be from JSTOR database

2 periodicals (newspaper, magazine, or journal) OR 2 books OR a combination of a book and a periodical from either a website or the library database (follow the rules for evaluating websites from the CAPOW method).
