- Your impressions of the physical surroundings and atmosphere
- Your observations of the parts played by the various characters: the fact-finders, the officials, the lawyers, witnesses, defendants/clients
- How those characters dress
- Your impression of their relationship with one another
- A brief overview of the facts of the case(s) you heard
- The legal issue(s) in dispute
- How the evidence was presented
- The lawyersβ style of presentation and speech
- Who decided the case(s)
- The outcome (if there was indeed an outcome during your visit)
- Your overall impression of the proceedings: their purpose, whether it was achieved, how easy they were to follow and what made this difficult
- The changes you would make
