Your airport has the following model for the airside ground handling operations:

Airside Ground handling activities are provided by companies under a license delivered by the Airport operator 
•
3 licenses will be delivered to cover the airside ground handling activities 
•
As the airport operator, your responsibility is to grant the 3 licenses and monitor the ground handling performance over a period of 7 years 
•
Each airline operating at your airport will have to contract with 1 of the ground handling company (GHC) you selected (no direct contract between the airport operator and the ground handling operators).
The document should include the below content:

The criteria of operational performance you expect from the GHC 
•
Any other criteria you value in order to offer excellent airside services to the airlines 
•
The description of the process of selection you would suggest to implement 
•
The description of the composition of the selection committee 
•
Description of the monitoring process during the validity period of the license (7 years)
