Your lab report will be written on the photosynthesis and respiration experiment you designed and conducted.

  1. You must have a minimum of 3 appropriate sources in addition to your lab manual (your manual does NOT count toward the 3-source minimum). At least one of these sources must be primary.
  2. Your title should be original and appropriate for a scientific paper.
  3. You may only cite your manual in the methods section.
  4. Your introduction must contain a minimum of two sources.
  5. Your results must contain a minimum of two (2) figures AND one (1) table. Remember to properly label and caption all figures and tables!
(for step 5 I have the 2 figures and table already and i’ll add it after the paper is done)
  1. Your discussion must contain a minimum of one source.
  2. Your Lab Report must be submitted via Canvas as a Microsoft Word document or PDF to receive credit.

For the experiment, our equipment was set up by having a clear containter that has a top with two holes on the top, we placed the spinach leaves into the container and wrapped aluminum foil around the container, fully covering the container. For the two different enviromentasl conditions, we had a control group with regular light, and then an experimental group under a green light. We had the leaves under the regular light for 10 minutes and then had the leaves under the green light for 10 minutes. We analyzed our data by using a line agraph with data from our two groups.

For the data, I shared an excel document with the data from our control and experimental group
